SBDC Small Business Development Center Fullerton CA 4-3-26
Attended the SBDC Small Business Development Center’s funding and marketing growth for small business presentations in Fullerton. this was an interesting meeting. some of the marketing information was better than what I usually here at this type of presentation. there was a bit more theory which leads to strategy. Of course I did not agree with everything they had to say, especially about employee reviews. While the commentary was up to date, I think one should first use a more helpful and less assertive style, at least in the beginning. I can see being more assertive if you are preparing to fire someone. in which case you may want to be more concerned with covering your back side than getting the best out of your willing workers.
