This talk can vary from about 20 to 60 minutes, depending on how it is structures and what is covered.

Effort is like a hidden monster. During daily business it’s destructive nature can be hidden, only to come out on a rare moon to bite you. During that time of the month, when everyone is restless? Does the effort monster appear?

The “Effort Werewolf” is about reducing the effort customers need to use when working with your company. Because effort equals cost.
